Ryan Kramer and Jason Lipps with Kramer Real Estate Team announced on Facebook that Munsee Lanes, which has been serving Muncie's Southside community for decades, was purchased by Mike Irwin on Friday, October 10.
"Congratulations to Marshall and Stan and for your 40 years of commitment to the bowling and Southside community. Happy Retirement," Kramer posted.
"We are excited that Mike Irwin has purchased the property and is actively updating, changing, and improving the center," Kramer continued. "Mike has extensive experience in owning and operating bowling centers and we are excited to see all that is to come!"
Bowl Muncie is located at 601 East 26th Street.
