MUNCIE, Ind. - Vivian Bostick News (VBN), an independent news outlet serving the Muncie community, is pleased to announce the launch of its new podcast, VBN Recap.
VBN Recap is available on Spotify, the VBN Podcasts page, and select streaming platforms, offering a concise summary of the month’s top news headlines for the Muncie community. New episodes will be released on the last Saturday of each month.
The first episode of VBN Recap released yesterday, June 28th, 2025.
The podcast features original reporting from VBN's Vivian Bostick, alongside local and locally-relevant stories from our partners, including the Indiana News Service (INNS) and Public News Service (PNS).
“With VBN Recap, VBN is expanding its reach to audiences who prefer to receive their news through audio formats,” said Vivian Bostick, sole proprietor of Vee Media, which owns VBN. “As a journalist, my responsibility is to keep our community informed, and adding this podcast to the VBN portfolio enhances the ability to serve the public.”
Bostick also hosts the Tell Viv podcast under the VBN brand. Originally developed as part of her MDIA 110 coursework, Tell Viv is an investigative news podcast focusing on issues pertinent to the Indianapolis and Muncie communities.
Both VBN Recap and Tell Viv are available to stream for free on Spotify, the VBN Podcasts page, and select streaming platforms.
