Description

Lake effect snow showers will increase across the area this
evening, with occasional moderate snowfall rates through midnight.
Total snow accumulations will range from one to two inches north
of a line from Battle Ground towards Muncie and Winchester,
...including far northern portions of the Indianapolis Metro
Area...to between two to four inches over portions of Carroll and
Howard counties.

In addition, wind gusts from 30-35 mph will cause localized areas
of blowing snow. Winds are expected to diminish to under 30 mph
by midnight.

If traveling overnight, be alert for rapidly changing conditions
in short distances. Slow down and allow extra time to reach your
destination. Do not crowd snowplows.
