Description
A quick moving system will track across central Indiana after 200
AM tonight...through early morning Friday. A quick half inch to
one inch of snowfall is expected to accumulate over most areas...with
locally higher amounts over northern counties.
Additional snow showers are expected late Friday afternoon into
the early evening...with the potential for brief moderate to heavy
snow squalls over localized areas. Highly variable snowfall
amounts over short distances will be as high as one to two
inches...with associated visibility reductions amid brief heavy
snow and strong wind gusts impacting the evening commute in some
areas.
If traveling, be alert for rapidly changing conditions in short
distances. Slow down and allow extra time to reach your destination.
Do not crowd snowplows.
